Join us for the All Things Goat Long Lunch - a true celebration of our paddock-to-plate philosophy.
Indulge in a five-course menu that showcases the quality, creativity, and versatility of Meredith Dairy produce, each dish crafted to honour the land and the goats that make it possible.
Hosted in our cosy farm store restaurant, this long lunch brings together the finest regional flavours, perfectly paired with award-winning Lethbridge Wines to highlight the best of our local bounty.
Menu Highlights:
Curds on Toast – Whipped goat cheese, salsa verde tapenade, saltbush
Goat Cheese Soufflé – Caramelised fennel, thyme cream sauce
Capretto Fritter – Herb labneh, chilli oil
Roasted Capretto – Goat cheese polenta, pumpkin, pomegranate & beetroot
Goat Cheese Tiramisu – A decadent finale
$150 per person (includes wine pairing)
Non-drinkers and designated drivers will receive a special gift in lieu of wine.

Settle in for lunch at Meredith Dairy’s café and store for a goat-themed lunch showcasing Meredith Farm Produce. Chef Nickolai Viduya will serve a five-course feast featuring goat in every dish.
Each dish will be matched with Lethbridge Estate wines, or a choice of a beer and non-alcoholic option.
As a thank you to all the designated drivers, each will receive a gift to take home.
